Venusian Oasis - Terms and Services

Welcome to Venusian Oasis, your sanctuary for professional skincare, waxing, and wellness. By booking an appointment, visiting our location, or using our website (www.thevenusianoasis.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Appointments & Scheduling

  • All appointments must be booked through our official scheduling platform [Acuity Scheduling].

  • A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment.

  • You will receive confirmation and reminder notifications via email and/or text.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% service charge.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service and may require a deposit for future appointments.

3. Late Arrivals

  • We offer a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled at your own cost.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be marked as a no-show and charged accordingly.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • All sales are final on services, packages, and memberships.

  • We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us within 72 hours so we can address your concerns.

  • Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days if unopened and unused.

5. Health & Safety:

  • Clients must disclose all allergies, medications, medical conditions, and skin sensitivities prior to service.

  • Venusian Oasis reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting contagious conditions, open wounds, or inappropriate behavior.

  • For the safety of all clients, children and guests are not permitted in the treatment room.

6. Age Policy

  • Clients under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign a consent form.

  • Intimate waxing services are only provided to clients aged 18 and over.

7. Memberships & Packages

  • Memberships and prepaid packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Missed or canceled appointments under a package are subject to the same cancellation policies listed above.

8. Gift Cards & Specials

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Promotions, discounts, and specials cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

9. ClassPass Bookings

  • Clients who book through ClassPass are subject to ClassPass's terms of use and scheduling policies.

  • Deposits cannot be required separately for ClassPass bookings.

  • Clients booking through ClassPass who no-show or cancel late may be restricted from rebooking through ClassPass.

  • Upgrade options (e.g., add-ons like masks or LED therapy) may be offered at an additional cost and must be agreed to at the time of service.

  • We recommend clients arrive early and communicate any concerns in advance to avoid issues with appointment timing.

10. Privacy

  • Your personal information is kept confidential and is used only for service records and booking.

  • We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • Venusian Oasis reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
